Beach access and a nature trail to the southwest.
A section of land to the southwest is set aside as a public nature trail and beach access area. While possible, it’s very unlikely this land will ever be developed as the Lummi Nation has repeatedly declined to provide sewer service to this area and has signaled they have no intention to provide such service at any time in the future.
